I move to vary the specification of site boundary dimenions for our design project as follows:
A geometric site of a Trapezium with both angles at Gould Lane to be 90 degrees.
- The side adjacent to the neighboring building: 37800mm
- Campbell Parade Facade: ~34300mm (Hypotenuse of the Trapezium)
- Roscoe Street Facade: 40600mm
- Gould Lane Facade: 34200mm
The calculation of angles corner of Roscoe St/ Campbell Pde and Campbell Pde/ Neighboring Building Site Boundary to be approximately 85.3 degrees and 94.7 degrees respectively.
