Details of Model, Ground floor Facilities

1. Ground floor main foyer. Public amenities and elevator
2. Large Gym Hall with Community Kitchen and Main Storage Area, connected to the double garage for convenient access
3. Main Entrances from Street Facade. Choice between Glass Corridor entrance and the Rising Staircases create ambiguity. Will be altered in forthcoming design. Ramp may also be redundant due to the use of an elevator
